After your payment is verified we will process and ship your order. Orders placed on business days before 17:00 CEST will be shipped out the same day, otherwise the next business day. Please note that engraved products need extra 1 business day for processing, after which they will be shipped.

How much does shipping cost?

We have a free worldwide shipping* option: DHL Global Mail (National Post Delivery).
DHL Global Mail handles the shipping process until the parcel reaches the country of destination. After that, the parcel will be handed over to your local post services to deliver it to your address.

DHL Express (extra fast) shipping is available for selected countries. Costs of this service vary between $9 - $20 for most countries.

Do I receive an online tracking number?

Premium shipments with DHL Express receive a tracking message on their email and mobile cellphone number. With DHL's On Demand Delivery (ODD) feature it is possible to manage the shipment easily. With ODD it is possible to change when, where and how the delivery will take place. It is possible to:

  • Change the delivery date
  • Deliver at a DHL Service point
  • Change the delivery address
  • Allow delivery to neighbors / reception / security
  • Allow delivery without signature
  • Hold package until you return from your holidays (max 30 days)

Does international shipping include customs charges and taxes?

For all orders to countries within the European Union, customs duties and taxes are included. This means you won’t need to pay anything extra when your package arrives.

For orders shipped outside of the European Union, customs duties and taxes are not included in the product price. We ship with DHL, but please note that your country may charge additional fees upon delivery. For accurate information about import duties or taxes in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

For orders shipped to the United States:
Due to updated U.S. Customs policies and stricter enforcement, orders — even those under $800 — may be subject to import duties, state taxes, and courier processing fees. For example, a watch valued at $250 could incur additional charges of $70–$100 upon delivery.
These fees are set by U.S. Customs and the courier, and are not included at checkout.

How do I return my order?

We hope you're happy with everything you buy from WoodWatch. If this is not the case, you can return your purchase within 30 days after receipt with our returns portal:

  • Your return must be registered within 30 days of receipt.
  • Your return must be in its original condition and in the original packaging.
  • Any free products must be returned.
  • Engraved or damaged products follow a different return policy.*

Let us know within 30 days if you want to return your product. From the moment you've given us your return notice, you have 14 days to return the product to us.

How do I return my order?

1. Click 'start a return' and enter your email address and order number.
2. Tell us which products you want to return and why. Proceed to the next step
3. Choose a carrier of your choice and confirm your return.
4. Your return label is immediately created. We will also automatically send you the label by email.
5. Pack your return carefully with minimal movement space for the shipped products.
6. Hand over your package to the chosen carrier and have the barcode scanned.
7. We will process the exchange or refund within 10 working days of receipt.

We will always provide a return label with instructions so you can conveniently return your order. Our return labels are tracked, which allows for fast processing. To prevent delays and extra costs, we do not recommend shipping the return by yourself. 

Items should be sent back in their original condition and packaging, including accessories, tools, and free products. Once the product is received, we will refund your purchase (excluding any shipping, payment or personalisation fees). If any damage to the packaging or product, the resulting costs may be deducted from the refundable amount.

How much does a return cost?

 In addition to these shipping costs, we charge a restocking fee for engraved products. Below you will find an overview with an indication of the return costs and shipping times per region. The charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.

What is a Restocking Fee?

Engraving products costs us extra time and resources. That's why we charge a restocking fee for engraved products when they’re returned. We charge an amount of $27 per piece for engraved watches, jewellery and (sun)glasses. We charge an amount of $9 per piece for engraved bracelets and gift packaging. To return an engraved product, you can use our returns portal. The costs will eventually be deducted from the refundable amount.

What is the warranty offered on WoodWatch products?

Each WoodWatch product is made with an eye on quality, including the materials used to make your product. Before a product is shipped, it has undergone multiple tests to ensure the highest possible quality and workmanship. From the date of delivery, the product is warranted for a period of no longer than two years.

Warranty conditions

We advise treating your product with appropriate care to maximise their lifetime. We explicitly cover product defects that are caused by normal usage. Warranty does not apply to self-inflicted damage caused by inappropriate treatment. Our product categories have different warranty conditions specified below:

Watches

We offer a 24-month warranty on watch internal movement, strap and watch case in accordance with the above terms of use.

    • Battery
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Scratches
    • Damage from falling, impact or force
    • Water damage
    • Unauthorised repairs
    • Theft
    • Wood colour changes
    • Environmental influences (moisture, extreme cold or heat, dust, etc.), particularly damage caused by moisture and water.
Eyewear
We offer a 24-month warranty on the eyewear frame and temples in accordance with the above terms of use.
  • Not covered by warranty:
    • Damage to glasses
    • Damage to hinges
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Scratches
    • Damage from falling, impact or force
    • Unauthorised repairs
    • Theft
    • Wood colour changes
Bracelets
We offer a 24-month warranty on our bracelets in accordance with the above terms of use.
  • Not covered by warranty:
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Scratches
    • Damage from falling, impact or force
    • Water damage
    • Unauthorised repairs
    • Theft
    • Wood colour changes
    • Environmental influences (moisture, extreme cold or heat, dust, etc.), particularly damage caused by moisture and water.
Jewellery
We offer a 24-month warranty on our jewellery products in accordance with the above terms of use.

    • Damage from falling, impact or force
    • Unauthorised repairs
    • Theft
    • Wood colour changes
    • Environmental influences (moisture, extreme cold or heat, dust, etc.), particularly damage caused by moisture and water.

If you would like to file a warranty claim, please contact our support team here. To find a quick solution, we ask you to provide as much information as possible, including your order number and pictures of the defect. If your warranty claim is approved, you should make the return for further inspection. After inspection, we will either repair or replace the product with the same model. If the same model is no longer available, you will have the option to choose an alternative model or receive a store voucher, which can be used anytime during the remainder of your 2-year warranty period. The product will then be shipped back to you with standard shipping. We will cover the shipping costs for the reshipment of your product. Please note that while the warranty ensures repair, replacement, or store credit for eligible issues, it does not include refunds.
