After your payment is verified we will process and ship your order within 24 hours, which does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed throughout the week will be shipped the next business day. Engraved products will take 2 extra days to make, after which they will be shipped.
All orders to the USA have free shipping. Shipping will generally take 2-3 business days but may take up to 5 if you live in a remote area.
All our shipments to the USA are shipped with DHL Express, which includes tracking. You will receive a tracking message per email and/or mobile number. We hope that you are happy with everything that you buy from WoodWatch. If this is not the case you can get a refund or exchange of your purchase by contacting us. We have extended our free return policy - you can return your order within 45 days after receiving it.
Once we receive the product back from you we will exchange or refund your purchase (excluding any shipping fees) within 10 working days.
Products that are personalized with engraving have a different return policy. The engraving price will not be refunded. Also, the shipping costs of the return will be the responsibility of the customer unless there is a manufacturing error or a product defect. In case you wish to exchange the watch and want to add engraving on the backplate of the new watch, you should pay for the engraving price.
WoodWatch products are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of no longer than 24 months. Please note that products bought before 15.08.2019 have a one-year warranty period.
Return shipping will be reimbursed up until $15 if the defect was reported to us within 90 days of the original order. Please send us a copy of the receipt of the shipment for reimbursement.
