This exclusive WoodWatch features an oakwood bezel made from reclaimed bourbon whiskey barrels from Kentucky, United States. A limited edition of 208 pieces, a reference to the number of weeks the whiskey was aged in the barrel that this watch comes from. Each is uniquely numbered and comes with a coin for certification, made from the metal of the same barrel, and a matching engraved serial number. The watch further features a stonebrushed steel case and vertical brushed steel dial. Discover the second watch in our latest Reclaimed lineup. Launching 100 watches with a new wood and metal link strap now, and 108 more in late December with our new brown leather strap. This new brown leather strap can also be purchased separately later, once released.
We are extremely proud to be the first watch brand in the world to introduce a full range of cactus leather watch straps, a material we firmly believe to be able to replace regular leather. Beautiful, durable, sustainable and so soft you'll never want to take it off.
We tested many different organic materials and finally chose cactus leather due to its amazing properties, it is great looking, soft and durable and all that next to being manufactured in the most environmentally friendly way possible.
Natural vegan leather such as cactus leather provide an amazing cruelty-free a sustainable alternative. More than a billion animals are slaughtered for the leather industry every year and it is enormous driver of deforestation, biodiversity loss and climate change altogether.
Grown on a fully organic ranch with no herbicides, pesticides and no irrigation. Processed without toxic chemicals, phthalates or PVC.
Do we enjoy a good glass of whiskey? Check. Do we enjoy a great watch with a story? Check. We just had to made this watch happen and it is finally here, only 208 pieces available.
Combining two crafts, one older than the other - woodworkers bring out the finest details from our finest selection of wood, and watchmakers bring all engineering together in a marvellous, one-of-a-kind timepiece.
In partnership with the National Cereals and Produce Board, Trees for the Future staff maintain a model Forest Garden full of agroforestry techniques and dozens of tree and food species. The site is open to the public and allows farmers and community members an opportunity to learn about tree planting and sustainable practices firsthand. Trees for the Future is on track to plant one billion trees by 2030 and training sites like Homa Bay are helping thousands of farmers restore and revitalize their land.
