Shipping & Returns

After your payment is verified we will process and ship your order. Orders placed on business days before 17:00 CEST will be shipped out the same day, otherwise the next business day. Please note that engraved products need extra 2 days for processing, after which they will be shipped.

What are the shipping times and costs?

We have a free worldwide shipping option: DHL Economy. DHL Express (extra fast) shipping is available for selected countries. Costs of this service vary between €9 - €20 for most countries.

Does international shipping include customs charges and taxes?

  • For all orders to countries within European Union customs are included, that means that there is no need to pay extra for your package upon arrival.
  • For orders to countries outside of European Union unfortunately duties and taxes are not included in the price.

We ship your items with DHL, but be aware that extra costs (customs and taxes) may be charged in your country. If you wish to learn about potential fees that apply in your country, it is best to contact your local customs office.

For all orders under $800 customs charges and taxes are included in case of the USA. Additional fees may apply for orders over $800.

What is your return policy?

We hope that you are happy with everything that you buy from WoodWatch. If this is not the case you can get a refund or exchange of your purchase by contacting us. We have extended our free return policy - you can return your order within 45 days after receiving it.

  • For customers within Europe the cost of the return shipment is covered by us.
  • For customers outside of Europe we ask you to cover the cost of the return shipment. The returns are customers' responsibility, so it is highly recommended to use traceable return methods.

Returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging including accessories, tools, and free products. Once the product is received we will refund your purchase (excluding any shipping fees). In case of any damage to the packaging or product, any resulting costs may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Products that are personalized with engraving have a different return policy. The engraving price will not be refunded. Also, the shipping costs of the return will be the responsibility of the customer unless there is a manufacturing error or a product defect. In case you wish to exchange the watch and want to add engraving on the backplate of the new watch, you should pay for the engraving price.

What if I have to return a product that is covered by warranty?

WoodWatch products that are sent to customers are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of no longer than 24 months. Please note that products bought before 15.08.2019 have a one-year warranty period. Return shipping will be reimbursed in the following manner:

  • For customers within Europe the return shipment is covered by us.
  • For customers outside of Europe the return shipment is covered by us up until €15 if the defect was reported to us within 90 days of your original order. For the reimbursement we need a copy of the receipt of shipment.
